Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms & conditions of the agreement between the guest(s) and Pavilion Luxury Suites regarding the services and products provided to the guest and which will be binding upon them.

1. RIGHTS OF THE MANAGEMENT

It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and not cause any disturbance within the hotel premises. The management has the right to change the room allotted to the guest at anytime without assigning any reason thereof and without any prior notice. The hotel management shall always be demanded to be in possession and control of the whole of the hotel premises and every part thereof.

2. ADMISSION AND TARIFF

Guests are requested to fill in and sign the guest registration card at the reception and obtain the room key with corresponding room rates.

3. SETTLEMENT OF BILLS

Bills must be settled on presentation by Cash or Credit Card. Cheques are not accepted.

4. MANAGEMENTS’ LIEN IN GUEST’S LUGGUAGE AND BELONGINGS

In case of default in payment of dues by the guest, the management shall have a lien on the luggage and belongings and shall be entitled to detain the same or to reference the guest and the net sale proceeds will be adjusted towards the amount due by the guest, without prejudice to the amagenemt’s rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings that may be required. The management has the right to take legal actions in case of non-settlement of bills.

5. DEPARTURE – CHECKOUT TIME

The guests shall vacate the room allotted on expiry of the period of occupation granted to him/her. Should the guest fail to do so, the management has the right to remove the Guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the guest.
